I've had plenty to learn during the last few days and weeks. Some of these things were for me
to learn, and from others I had the opportunity to live through the consequences in all its
glory:
- Wenn you notice that communication between you and another person doesn't work well at
the moment, then first work on improving the communication. Other actions which
absolutely require a well-working communication with that person should be
suspended or stopped. It doesn't work to just go on with these actions, hoping that
you'll fix the communication on the way. That's a sure way to break everything.
- If something that affects both of you is important to you, it doesn't do to just talk
about it and get back some more-or-less affirmative mumbling. It's important that both
clearly state that it's important to them (and set the necessary priorities for it to
work).
- Communication doesn't work well and costs a lot of energy if one involved person has a
hard time communication at all and communicating clearly.
- Trying to do two things at the same time that require time and attention is a lot more
difficult than getting the first thing working well and then adding the second thing.
Kommunikation schon irgendwie geregelt bekommst.
